This is the worst service I've ever received. Ray said he needed a deposit prior to ordering the dock parts so I paid him the full amount. The initial installation was not done correctly because Ray apparently ordered the wrong parts. One side was higher than the other and part of the dock sank in the water. When I tried to ask him to properly install the dock, he kept interrupting and said he would do that later in the summer, after he'd taken care of his other customers. The work was finally completed about three weeks after it was originally scheduled to be done and it cost an additional $500.00. I definitely don't recommend this company.
Here is an update regarding the poor installation Ray's Landing did on the dock I ordered this past year. In March of this year, Ray from Ray's Landing called me and asked about "maintaining" my dock. We re-hashed his crappy work and he promised to fix it. According to his work crew, it's missing at least five poles. I contacted Ray again and he says he's not going to fix the dock. So, it's just another lie from the worst contractor I've ever dealt with.
